Endless Journey

Well hello EA Beauty! Today may be wash day for you so I won’t hold you too long.

Let’s get right to it. I’ve been a little quiet about it, but I do have some really big news. It's actually worth shouting from the rooftop, but who has time to climb up there?! So here it goes. This year Endless Allure is celebrating our 10th year anniversary!  Yeeesssss, Endless Allure is 10 years old! 10 years, wow! Can you believe it? Cheers to us, because there would be no Endless Allure without you. The Endless Allure supporters mean so much to me. Whether you purchased products once or every month, told someone about Endless Allure, shared our social media post or sent up a prayer for us, we would like to extend our utmost gratitude to you. Taking a chance on a new hair care brand can be mind-boggling, with so many products already out there to choose from. And let me tell you, there is nothing like spending twenty of your hard-earned dollars on
curl cream that doesn’t quite cuuurl! So, from the bottom of my heart, I truly appreciate you giving us a chance. Uh -Oh! Excuse me for a minute, I think there is a little something in my eye. Yeah, (sniff) that’s what it is, something is in my eye. (Whispers, I am not going to cry, I am not going to cry! Well maybe a little!)

When I think about where Endless Allure started and how far we have come I am extremely grateful!

Let me start with a little back story. When I was a little girl, I had beautiful wavy textured hair! In Elementary School, I was constantly being bullied about my hair. It bothered me to the point where I would beg my mom for a relaxer. She didn’t want me to get a relaxer, so I went with my sister one day and got a relaxer. I instantly felt like I fit right in with everyone else. Mostly everyone, if not everyone had a relaxer! It’s unfortunate that I grew up in an era where straight hair was glorified, so at that time, I thought I was doing the right thing.

Fast forward to 2009 when I had my son. I noticed the thickness, curl pattern and beauty of that sweet little head of hair. At the time, I was still relaxed, but I wondered to myself, what could my natural hair achieve if I simply made a small investment in myself by treating my hair a little better?

After 2 years passed, I decided to return natural. Somewhere in between getting the relaxer and returning natural, my texture changed. It went from wavy to tight spiral curls. I had to do something quick to manage my hair.

By this time the market was flooded with products advertised to increase your curl pattern, grow your hair and make it more manageable. With me being a natural born problem solver, I had the bright idea to make my own products. Off to the kitchen laboratory I went! I spent countless hours concocting the best formulas I could come up with. I spent time formally educating myself in cosmetology school on proper hair care, skin care and the chemistry of hair. Assuming there were a lot of people who were in the same boat as me I basically developed products I needed and I knew that other people could use. I developed Shampoo, Conditioner, Oil, and several styling products.

Over the years there have been products tested, added, discontinued and added again to our line. Whew! The growing pains. But you know what, I’ll do it all over again, because the Endless Allure community WE have created is something I am extremely blessed to be a part of.

It doesn’t matter that we started with a “just let me see what happens” because we have grown and made a conscious decision to continue and partner with you to help you develop a positive relationship with the way you look and more importantly how you feel about yourself. One thing that will always remain the same is that Endless Allure will continue to provide the most hydrating, moisturizing, healthy hair products to our faithful hair friends. With that being said, we hope you stick around to see what’s coming on our Endless Journey to Healthy Hair.

Talk to you soon!
